My dog Max didn’t eat anything on Saturday. I knew it was hot outside, and I wrote it off to that being the issue. The next morning I went into the kitchen, and he stood there at the entrance of it, looking at me as if he was trying to tell me something. I realized I had set up a drying rack for clothes close to his food, and he was scared to come into the kitchen. Since Max is a rescue animal, I don’t know his history, but like all of us, he has some baggage and continues to carry him over two years later. One of those things being any time I move something to a different place, it scares him.
I believe most of us are like Max. Right now, many people are facing new obstacles. They have recently lost their jobs or their much-needed routines and are not sure how to move forward. Change is hard, and defining a path to a new normal seems overwhelming. If this is something you are struggling with, I have put together a few templates based on proven tactics to help you make a change successfully. The link to the templates is in the comments. If you need help filling them out the guide, feel free to reach out to me. Also, let me know how you use the templates and the changes you are making. I believe in you, and I can’t wait to hear about what you accomplish.
