Scrum teams do a fantastic job with the daily huddle. They cover what they are doing today, what they accomplished yesterday, and what their blockers are so they can work together to find solutions. The team is soley focused on achieving their goal for the sprint. This meeting is no more than 15 minutes and happens early in the day. The team is clear on what they need to focus on and how to succeed.
Scrum teams set the ultimate example for leadership teams. The huddle enables them to quickly connect, align on the common goal, and help each other to get there.
