Take a minute today and determine your X and identify what your professional X is with your leader if you don’t already have one.
When we don’t have clearly defined goals, there is nothing to measure and no way to know if we are successful. When your X ties to a goal or priority that is implementing your strategy, you make measurable progress towards where you want to go.
